I don't have anything terribly profound to say today, but I thought I'd at least post some of my pictures from the past month.
Jonny and I went to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert (thanks to Ken and Sarah for tickets) mid-December. It was a great show and I was deeply touched to hear the background of the carol "I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day" coined by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow during a very dark period of his life. Find the history of the song if you can.
My favorite part of the Las Vegas trip I took with Jonny's family: the Bellagio Fountains. They are beautiful, musical, and artistic. Not to mention romantic!
I bundled up to the extreme when we went to the Las Vegas Bowl Game. It was fun to be there, despite the fact that we lost and that my toes were NUMB by the time the game ended.
A few weekends before Christmas, we got together with some friends and did some shopping/wrapping. What fun!

I'll try to come up with something profound or poignant to say soon. Maybe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day will inspire me. Or the inauguration on Tuesday. Hmmm. We'll see.
